By accessing and using OpsNine baseball software services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

OpsNine provides SaaS software solutions for baseball organizations including:

• Field scheduling and management
• Umpire assignment and tracking
• Practice planning tools
• League administration features

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the service or other users
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OpsNine and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpsNine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
