What's the difference between GamePlan and GamePlan + AI?
GamePlan ($750/year) includes everything you need to run your league: field scheduling, umpire management, payment tracking, analytics, and support. GamePlan + AI ($1,250/year) adds a yearly allowance of AI credits that power the AI Assistant and the Schedule Creation Wizard, so you can build a conflict-ready schedule in minutes.
Why annual pricing?

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and invoicing for organizations that need it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, configure your league, and go. If you need help migrating from spreadsheets or another tool, we'll assist at no extra charge.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You keep access through the end of your paid year. We provide full data export and retain your data for 90 days after expiration in case you want to come back.
Can multiple people use it?
